Pauline is very good, welcoming and available. The accommodation is pleasant, very comfortable and well maintained. Nothing to say. A tiny downside on the layout of the courtyard, we lacked privacy and quiet. Otherwise, I recommend it, we had a pleasant stay.

The house is really perfect for a break from everyday life with friends, ideally located and very well furnished. It is clear that the construction of the house was done with the well-being of future vacationers in mind. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, even without having seen the otters! We had the chance to meet Gertjan who is really nice and available, and we had Helena by message who is just as nice and responsive. We will come back without hesitation!

The place was great for the two of us. excellent bedding, pleasant bathroom and living room. thoughtful lighting is a plus as well as outlets everywhere 👍 the road is close but it is very well isolated and so this proximity makes it easy to get around the many hiking trails or sites. Aude is very welcoming and pleasant. perfect 👍.

A perfect accommodation located in the old town to take beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available to his guests Thank you again for the little gift for us and also for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

If you are looking for a quiet but spacious property with sense of freedom this property is perfect. Its large living space offers separation even if travelling in larger groups. It is very secluded so own transport is a must. That said, a short drive into Sarlat is a must. A huge selection of restaurants, bars and local markets and the most picturesque town I think I have ever seen.

Very clean, very functional accommodation that fully matches the description given. Comfortable accommodation decorated with sobriety and taste. Very pleasant terrace given the excellent weather we enjoyed. Well-equipped with kitchen utensils. ; Cellar available, very convenient for us who had mountain bikes.

Ideal for visiting the beautiful sites of Périgord Noir. Mariette and Jacques are lovers , have a sense of hospitality which is rare nowadays! Everything is great: the setting, the typical house with character. Well equipped, welcome tray, good bedding, a beautiful fireplace very pleasant in the evening! We recommend 100% for those who want to have a good simple and true holiday. Special mention for the welcome of our 2 dogs. We will be back next year as we did not have time to thoroughly visit the surroundings so rich in heritage. Thank you again

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Accommodation in an old red stone building tastefully renovated which makes the accommodation very charming. The accommodation is very well equipped and was perfectly clean upon arrival. The proximity of Collonges-la-rouge is good but difficult to access on foot anyway, plan to go by car.
