Great location for Vanderbilt Beach! Nicely kept complex, beautiful accommodations. The host thought of everything. Wonderful experience.

We reserved this as a vacation bonus for our employees. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could possibly need for the beach is provided there. We had an issue with the fridge/freezer and the response to get this repaired (eventually replaced) was very fast. Everyone that we dealt with regarding our stay was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we would like to return to some day in the future.

This condo and complex were as described. We appreciated the extras for the beach, including coolers, umbrellas and chairs. The beach wagon was very helpful in getting all the gear to the beach, which is very wide.

We had a great time here! We had an issue with wifi one time and she immediately helped me fix it! We hope to go back next year!!!

The apartment is new, very clean, spacious and exactly as described. We loved our stay and used the pool area and other amenities provided by the complex. It is surrounded by multiple new restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening! Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are in great condition with morning open play. We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean place and well maintained and updated.

Great place. Clean, good location. Very walkable. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals as well, which I appreciate. Host was responsive when needed and friendly. Beds were super comfortable!

Very neat and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in a few meals/nights. Fridge and freezer were all cleaned and fresh for us. Beautiful view from deck, easy access to beach, pickle ball, pool, some restaurants close to walk to others we ubered. Great location...he had beach chairs, sand toys for our little one, plenty of towels, extra sunscreen, aloe, which was great! Would go back again, no disappointments at all. Family was very happy and we felt comfortable and safe. Great vacation spot/ condo/ etc.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week at Hoot's condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, and was the perfect home base for exploring Marco Island and its beaches! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. He had lots of helpful recommendations as well.

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! The place was as described. It had the best view of the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. It was the perfect place to stay and had everything we needed.

Great location and condo! It was quiet, yet steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice, always plenty of chairs. Melissa was responsive with questions we had before and after we arrived. What we loved when we left is there was a pantry where we could leave our unopened food and drink! No other location we have stayed over the last ten years has offered this.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. The beach locker made trips to the uncrowded beach easy, and the pool and landscaping were well-maintained. It was stocked with 10+ beach towels, 5–6 chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella (the umbrella was broken, but we purchased a new one and left it, along with some extra sand toys). The kitchen had everything, including kids’ cups/utensils, making it very family-friendly. There were even small toys and games for the kids too. The master closet was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. To help future guests pack wisely: the condo has plenty of essentials, so you can pack lighter! This was the first rental that I didn't need to buy laundry soap or dishwasher soap. A few minor issues: the bathroom shower light was out, the laundry door was tricky, and the bathtub had drainage problems that resolved itself out after a couple days. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to returning!

We had an absolutely great time! Allison was wonderful to work with and so responsive. The condo was great for a family with 2 kids. Beach cart, chairs and cooler came in handy. The beaches were beautiful and so many shells. The view from the balcony had amazing sunsets every night! Kitchen is well stocked and everything was so clean! We will definitely be back again.

We are regular ABnB vacationers, and Sivy's was fantastic. A/C was perfect, pool is great design with deep and shallow side, grill was smaller than expected, but worked great... game room pool table gave us a nice extra... didn't use the bikes, but they looked in great condition.... and almost forgot, game room has its own A/C... that was great. The home is clean and pretty open. We enjoyed six adult dinners and on-one was crammed ever... the layout is nice and quite spacious. I will probably return in the future if Sivy's will have us! We do recommend this home as a perfect get away.

This was our second time staying here and it was great. Me and my family were a bit nervous about the house since it was post both hurricanes but Jennifer was great at responding and made us feel comfortable. The house was great and so was the pool.

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

We had a great stay at Amy’s place! The house was very clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach, yet still peaceful and private. The house is wonderfully equipped for families with young kids. It had a crib and a playpen, which made our stay so much easier. There were also beach chairs, toys, and pool floaties — a great touch that our kids absolutely loved! While the main reason we booked was for the pool, unfortunately, the pump was broken during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. That said, Amy was very responsive and thoughtful, and she promptly refunded us a night’s stay along with part of the cleaning fee, which we really appreciated. Overall, despite the pool issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to other families looking for a clean, well-located, and kid-friendly home!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Having a pool was so great for the kids. It was close to everything we wanted to do like the zoo and children’s museum. It was also a short distance from Marco’s Island which allowed us to visit for a day. Hristo was very helpful. I couldn’t locate a few things in the house and he quickly responded. I also needed a couple of things and he had it sent to the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I loved our stay! It was the pefect area- peaceful and quiet! The yard was super spacious- my boys loved playing catch and seeing all the various wildlife-- deer, lizards, snakes, frogs, etc..We also enjoyed all the various plants and fruit trees The pool made for fun times when we decided to stay back at the house and not venture out for thr day. It was very clean and well kept! We loved that the *entire* house was reverse osmosis filtered!! Super convenient not having to buy drinking water for our stay as we go through tons of water!!! Hosts were very sweet and speedy to answer any of my questions.. Was convenient having various kids games, books, stroller, etc.. Was also very helpful having so many beach towels :) Definitely recommend a stay here!
