Monthly Rentals in Marco Island

Michelle was a fantastic host. She let us check in early as we got to the island and it was quite hot out so we needed a place to drop our stuff before heading out. The unit is super cozy with great views to the canals. It is near old Marco Shopes and walking distant to great breakfast, fresh seafood, and bars on the water. Yet the place is extremely peaceful and in the mornings it was very quiet which we loved. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

This was our second visit to this beautiful Marco Island condo. As before, the place was spotless, stocked with all the necessities, and we felt right at home. The condo community was welcoming, quiet and friendly. The location is wonderful and there is a dock for fishing or gazing at the beautiful sunset/sunrise. The pool was clean and well kept. Parking was convenient and having a gated entrance was a nice security bonus. If you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay on Marco Island with a quick walk to the main beach...this is the place!

Nice location, able to walk to restaurants and a few stores. Beautiful landscaping at the condos, clean pool, laundry room located in the parking lot which is behind the condo. Cheryl is very responsive and answers all questions, giving lots of information about what to do on Marco Island. She’s a wonderful host, looking forward to staying with her again.

What an INCREDIBLE week we had at La Bella Vita!!! One of our favorite anniversary trips to date! The condo was filled with everything you’d need for a week on the beach. It’s spacious and luxe. It has a well appointed kitchen and dining area. Having a beachfront view of Topsail Beach every day was magical. Close access to beach and the heated pool. We watched the incredible sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. We love that the bedrooms have access to the balconies as well. Close to shopping and dining. Tricia was a wonderful host- super communicative before and during our stay. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our anniversary week! We look forward to coming back next year and sharing the magic of Marco Island with our boys. We highly recommend a stay here!!! 🏝️ ☀️
