Matteo was a very attentive host, and the apartment was impeccable and complied with the information provided. It was a very pleasant stay.

Gianluca was exceptional. I forgot my keys inside, he was so kind and quick to help us get access back in. Gianluca went beyond all expectations I had, definitely will be coming back to his place and I will recommend him with all of my friends. Also, if you are interested in practicing speaking Italian, Gianluca is the best person to do so, he was very patient and helpful teaching me new vocabulary!!! My best wishes from Mexico!!! 🇲🇽🇮🇹

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

very good estacia , the apartment is very nice and like , with all the services , it is a little far from the city but you can access the bus and metro

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

I am really satisfied. Everything is clean, big space, nice balcony, nice view, I like everything. I will request the host to add a number on the room door.

The apartment is really great. Perfect for 2-3 people. It looks even better than the pictures. Everything is provided. The self check-in was easy. The surrounding area is very calm, clean and secure . There are several delicious restaurants nearby (10-15 minutes walk at most) and a supermarket about 5 minutes away. There are several bus stops close to the apartment too that take you to several other areas in Rome. 10/10 would recommend.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable and calm stay. Everything clean and equipped with everything someone you're looking for to feel at home. While it is 1 hour away from Rome the access is easy from Termini station from where you take the metro to do the whole tourist tour. There is also a bus access option. Good value for money. Very attentive hosts.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

We checked in very late due to the traffic we encountered on the street, but the host was impeccable! The apartment is on the main street, with all services nearby and a convenient subway station with parking! The house offers all the comforts you want: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle! Pots and pans of all sizes, clean from every point of view. The covered terrace has a great view of the hills, which is why it stays cool! I recommend this accommodation for those who want the comfort of the city but without staying in the chaos! Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Very spacious apartment and a very nice patio. great bedding we slept very well. apartment very well located 3 minutes walk from the very convenient metro station. close to shops and restaurants including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. We loved Rome and returned. Trusted host.
