Holiday rentals with beach access in Mardakan

Stay at Nicat’s was super comfortable. The location has an amazing view of Caspian Sea . Also it is 5 mins walk away from a 24*7 supermart, hence, all things are easily available. The property was super clean , and safe. We literally faced no issues. Would definitely recommend to stay here- be it friends or family. Nicat and his family have been very helpful and kind. Every thing was perfect and place was well managed

Bright apartment with sea view. large balcony with chairs and table. not hot because on the west side. the host answers all questions. helps with transport.

My trip to Sumqayit was on business. I found the apartment on the Airbnb app. The location of the apartment is in the Sumqayit boulevard area, very lively and economically developed. Close to Park and Caspian see . The price of an overnight stay is more than adequate, always clean room, very comfortable bed, AC, smart TV, fridge, small kitchen. Special thanks to the Mehman, friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The owner of the apartment is a very smart and personable gentleman, who is also ready to solve any problems. I can say that this is one of the best accommodation options in the region. On my next visit, I will definitely stay only hier. And of course I will recommend to all my colleagues and friends.

I loved the place, everything was as described. The host is very friendly, and helpful, not that we had any issues, whatever questions I had it was professionally, friendly and promptly answered. We came there just before the season opened, so it was very quite, exacly what I was looking for. Grossery, pharmacy is close by, lots of restaurants around, delivery also available from close by places. Highly recommended !!!

This was our first Airbnb experience and we enjoyed our stay at this property. AYBANIZ is a wonderful host. Property is neat and clean and at the best location. View from the balcony is just amazing. Definitely recommeded.

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Every thing it was very good! The house matched the photo and description, everything was in place and even more. The owner himself helped as much as he could and was always happy to answer any questions. We will definitely come back!

Really happy with our stay at Shahin place. Great contact with the host. The apartment looks even better in real life than in the pictures. High ceilings make the space really spacious. Location just several minutes away from the Baku port with a lot of restaurants, shopping center and promenade. Looking forward to stay here again when coming back to Baku.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
