Welcome to a cozy and modern cottage in the Jämtland mountains! The cottage is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Gräftåvallens ski resort. At the ski resort, there is Fjällgården with a good restaurant and a small convenience store. For more downhill skiing, Bydalen is about 20 minutes by car. The cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac - hence some car traffic in the area. Ramp to snowmobile trail just behind the cabin. Proximity to hiking, fishing and berry picking. Swimming beach and fishing in Häggsåssjön about 7 km.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. Cozy and rustic cottage with the lake as your closest neighbor – ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the silence. With a chemical toilet, no running water. There is a large jug of water.
