Orléans city center and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path nearby). The Zénith and Co'Met are quickly accessible on foot. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, etc.). Bus 5/10 min, tram 15 min walk.
