We like the flat very much, it is very cozy and organized. The communal area and swimming pool are very good, the homemakers are very receptive. The only point is that it is a little far from the beach, but nothing that gets in the way. We generally like the stay very much, and we will be back again.

Wonderful apartment! We had already stayed in this building. We like it so much that we return. Apartment with view, very well equipped, spacious, airy! It was too clean and organized to welcome us.

With a short walk you reach the beach, I like to walk so I saw no problem, in relation to the location, very good! Supermercados, restaurants, pharmacy and bakery all very close. Only in relation to the utensils, I missed some because my sister and I spent a week, for example, cup only had one, no cups, among others that were needed even to make it better to maintain the place. Other than that, everything ok! We love the French beach and I want to come back more often. Gratitude!

Great apartment, provides a great option for enjoying the French beach and staying in a safe and comfortable place, you really feel right at home. Lucas is always available to meet and pass the necessary guidelines for the listing to be perfect, it is a great host. The balcony with the barbecue is a plus, we enjoy for the exhausting afternoon to have a good time.

The stay was very good. It was me, my daughter, and two dogs spending Christmas there. The apartment was all decorated with the Christmas theme and it made a big difference for us. My daughter was delighted. The apartment smelled good. She left us beach towels. Also there were toys my daughter's age for her to play in the moments we were resting in the apartment. The surroundings are very calm and to go to the beach by foot is easy. Those were very good days! She responded quickly in Zap and this made it easier to communicate. I plan to come back at other times! And I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very good, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV in the living room and in the suite, all you need to stay in the comfortable house. On the side of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, to do everything on foot. We really like it. Very helpful hosts.

We were very well received by Wander, a very polite person, was very friendly and attentive and still left us pampering in the refrigerator, a cute one🩷. The apartment was clean and airy, excellent location, not too close to the hustle and bustle and not too far as we wanted.

We loved staying there, everything is as shown in the photos, clean and very cute. The location is great with a bakery, restaurant, market, laundry, pharmacy very close. We recommend it!

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

Impeccable apartment with very good tasteful furniture. You have all the utensils . Bathrooms extremely clean and with cute details and pampering. You find things that go from beach chair, culer….. hostess very much requests kind and kindly a cute . Super indico . I indicated and will always return to the same . Great experience.

The apartment is very beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. We only think that the air-conditioning, despite being at most, was not cooling the environment properly. Great location, with market, pharmacy and bars nearby. They were very nice days.

The building is very well located. Pedro is everything. I'll be back more often.
