Stunning 50's Beach House

A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

The lounge room includes a fireplace for cosy nights in. The front garden is a great place to enjoy and get away from it all. Close to town - a short walk to Apollo Bay Main Street and Beaches. Close to nature - with koalas in the trees across the road on Gambier St for much of the year.

Outdoors you have access to an outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Plenty of parking space for 4+ cars in the driveway.
