We loved staying here! It has beautiful views. The beds were soft and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

What can I say the host was so accommodating to all of our needs and bent over backwards to create a safe, calm and relaxing space for our little girl. Any problems that occurred they were responsive very quickly and was dealt with immediately. Loved their villa and the magical view of the island that came with it! Beautiful location. Thank you for everything

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

A very nice place to stay. You depend on a scooter because the property is on a hill with other houses. Through the creek along the house you can hear many animal noises (frogs, geckos). The geckos liked to sneak into the house, so fortunately there were no mosquitoes. Very good communication with the landlords. Electricity costs are as described and were 250-300 baht a day (climate/light was only a little on in the evening)

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach

Great location, central to everything within a short drive. Location up the hill had fabulous unobstructed views. We used all the amenities the host offered including in house spa, private cheif, grocery delivery, activity coordination, breakfast and all were excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and they even put up decoration. The staff was helpful while giving us our space. We were three couples, no kids, traveling from the states.

Beautiful view and villa, looks exactly as the photos. Host was very quick to respond to any queries or request prior to and during our stay. A very relaxing spot which was peaceful and great accomodation if you are looking for somewhere to relax by a private pool. Can be difficult to leave the property if you don’t have a car, you can use grab but not all drivers will accept the rides as it is up a very steep hill. Is also not close to many restaurants, or activities so more ideal if you are wanting to stay put and relax by the pool. We were able to get coffees and essentials delivered via grab which was great. View from the pool is an absolute dream!

Truly a remarkable place! Beautiful villa directly on beach. Pool was outstanding- large and wonderful water temperature. Outdoor shower big plus! Rooms were 5 stars and bathrooms perfect. Breakfast included! Most importantly, Kob was there everyday; she made breakfast individualized to each of our family members, cleaned rooms to 5 star hotel level, and washed our clothes daily (an amazing perk)! David is so incredibly responsive- restaurant recommendations, airport questions, and even clinic recommendations when my wife has a minor health issue (worked out great!). A/c in bedrooms are A+. Few things to note- kitchen/dining/living rooms are open air al fresco with fans- 24 hours of high humidity in June limited the amount of time we spent in these areas. Beach has great sand- perfect for sand castles, but is a bit rocky (water shoes) and shallow for a long distance- great for little kids. Exit off main road to Villa complex could use better signage and lighting.

Very nice place with a stunning view. Communication with Nick was smooth and the information he provided about the island was really helpful. The house is on top of a hill with lots of stairs but you get used to it. We recommend that you rent a vehicle or a motorbike because that’ll make travelling so much easier. The villa doesn’t have complete privacy as the nextdoor neighbourhoods can peep through and see when you’re on the balcony or walking up the stairs to the bedrooms. We had a power outage after a storm one night but apparently those are a regular occurrence on the island. Also, there was quite a bit of construction happening around the community so that was a little bothersome. Overall we had a great time!

I can’t say enough how amazing Jim’s villa was… if I could just live there I would. Amazing views, beautiful upscale furnishings, great pool, wine fridge well stocked and an incredible chef prepared breakfast every morning. Jim went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and bookings. If you are considering going here, just go!

Our stay at Baan Sawan was perfect. The view is breathtaking & the pool & tropical gardens are stunning. The villa is spotless & beautifully maintained — spacious rooms, inviting common areas & everything impeccably clean & cared for. It’s peaceful & private, only 10 minutes from Fisherman’s Village, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops & anything else you need. Star & Levy were the most wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. Star’s cooking was a highlight — generous, delicious breakfasts each day & a dinner on our first night that was restaurant-quality. Levy’s attention to the garden makes it feel like a tropical postcard. Both were warm, helpful & a real joy to be around — their presence added so much to our experience. Everything about our time here was smooth, thoughtful & relaxing. Anne & Alistair have created something truly special: a luxurious, welcoming home we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful for the experience & can’t wait to return.

The villa is beautifully located on the top of a hill overlooking the ocean. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our group of 10. Theresa was the best AirBnB host I’ve dealt with. She’s super helpful, responsive and friendly. She helped us more than we could have ever imagined and we appreciate her and her team so much. They provide hotel-like service which made the stay very easy and enjoyable.

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

We stayed a group of 10 people (5 adults and 5 kids), we asked for an extra bed and it was accommodated for a little cost. The house is big with private bathrooms in every room. There are 2 entrances main one and the one for studio. We only used studio to sleep and was using main house during the day. The villa has a team and add the us to what’s app, where they quickly respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed the service, the views. Really great location, quiet, but walkable to beach, main attractions, easy to order taxi for 10people and go direction you need, journey to airport 700bath from the Villa. In 5 min big supermarket and 2 small store big C and 7/11. We would highly recommend this villa.

Stunning, private pad overlooking Lamai Beach

The apartment is amazing and well located, the view is breathtaking and hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

Great place to stay quickly and explore the island! The cottages are very cute and more traditional. Price-performance is really top! We felt it was a bit too loud, but the many cats in the complex were a big plus! Our child loved it very much. The beds were too hard for us and hot water didn't really work, but it wasn't that bad with the temperatures. We have extended on site again, without problems! Clear recommendation!

We had an awesome stay at this villa! It is perched on a steep hill, however, if you book transport through the villa it’s no issue at all. Some grabs/taxis struggled to get up, but, if you are like us the climb might be welcomed given we weren’t exercising during our holiday haha! The whole team was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. The view is incredible with a great pool. AC works great. Location is really good, close to Chaweng but far enough that you feel nestled away from the crowds. Good access to other nearby locations like Lamai. We will definitely be back!

Great property, fantastic hosts !

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !

I had to cut my trip early due to an incident but the time that I spent there of 17 days was absolutely amazing. All I can do is recommend this property and this guy to anybody it’s the most beautiful place I’ve spent on the island and I’ve been coming to the island for 10 years he he he even let me rent his car had some damage of somebody that must’ve hit it. I just paid the insurance whatever and that was a problem fixed. If you get a chance stay in this property it is absolutely fantastic and the catering was even more amazing. The stunning viewsthe pool the air-conditioning there’s not one bad word I can say about this property. I was in love and still I’m in love. I will be back next year, no doubt.
