Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, on which you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and barbecue. All basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
