A stone house clinging to its cliff face: hence the name La Rocciosa (The Rock). Overlooking a valley surrounded by the Sibillini Mountains, whose gentle curves offer a magnificent and unforgettable panorama, it is living its second life. My husband and I bought it in 2026 and are renovating it piece by piece. White, bright and in a way more Nordic. We hope you will take care of it as if it were your own home, because we will spend our retirement here.

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property is 140 square meters (1,500 square feet) and is situated above Lake Fiastra.
