We are renting a charming old building apartment in the heart of Vienna. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor, is not visible from the street side, and all windows have been equipped with burglary protection. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet side street not far from the famous Viennese Naschmarkt. The 45 m² consist of a combined living room/bedroom, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

Studio Belle-Époque

Discover Vienna around the turn of the century: In our classic Viennese Gründerzeit house, I designed this studio with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishing elements. In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always cater to yourself in the kitchen with a dishwasher.
