The house is located in a square near the historic center, on the third and last floor of a 17th-century building, once a theater. There are two terraces: one at 40sqm level with attached laundry + another 120 sqm with a sea view. There is wooden parquet throughout the house. There are 2 air conditioners, 2 smart TVs, two bathrooms and a Turkish bath with chromotherapy. The house, furnished with antique furniture, is cozy, very bright and far from noise.
