I recommend this accommodation, if you want to get to know Tuscany in its very essence. The place is beautiful, it has everything nearby! Paolo welcomed us very kindly and was always there for us! A patio with a barbecue that is a breath of fresh air for the afternoons, children and pets! Mattresses and shower that for us is the main thing on long journeys, very good! I would definitely stay here again. I loved it. Thanks and see you next time!

A true home away from home! Our stay at the Lemon Villa was hands-down our favorite of the entire trip. The villa had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The views of northern Tuscany were absolutely breathtaking, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. Special thanks to Emanuela and her wonderful assistant, who were beyond accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Every step from check-in to check-out was smooth, accurate, and prompt. The interior of the accommodation was even better than it appeared in the photos, and unlike many other places that are only cleaned on the surface, this one was impressively well-maintained even in hidden areas. The surrounding area was peaceful, and the recommended restaurants were comparable in quality to top-rated spots in major cities. It was also great that we could easily tour both Pisa and Florence during our stay. I would sincerely recommend this wonderful place to anyone considering a visit to the area.

Modern, spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation. Ideal location for visiting the area. It was a great help and worth using the dedicated parking spot. Communication with Alexandr was good, he was attentive to make everything work in the fleet.

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Mariele’s place in Montecarlo was literally perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The place is very cozy but with a spacious bed and bathroom. We used the terrace loads which was a luxury. And it is literally in the middle of Montecarlo which is such a stunning place with a record nr of good restaurants in 1 street!

I found the accommodation to be clean, spacious, and with all the comforts that can be used for a pleasant stay, located in a quiet area that is easily accessible. The host welcomed me in a very kind and thoughtful way, providing me with all the necessary. i highly recommend it

The hostess was extremely friendly and delighted us with small handmade gifts, a box of pastries, fresh fruit and everything we needed for our stay. It was a very welcome surprise! The house is located in a rural area of Pescia, in a perfect position to explore the Lucca area, being in a strategic point but surrounded by greenery, thus offering a perfect combination of comfort and tranquility. This place was soooo good! We stayed there during some hot days and we were so thankful for the AC! Soo everything seemed new to us. It was very clean and pleasantly comfortable. The apartment smelled good and was very very cozy! I can only recommend this place. I am definitely visiting again

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of attention to detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
