Trollhøj, open spaces and nature

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun. Not far from golf courses and mountain bike routes. The house is located about 13 minutes from Rebild Bakker. The town has a good grocery store, a pizzeria, and, most importantly, a fantastic inn with delicious food, including takeout. 2 good bedrooms and a room in the basement. Please see my house rules. This is my private home, so please respect it and leave it tidy. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE AND It is strictly forbidden to keep animals in the house.

The cottage is located in a quiet natural area close to the water, and surrounded by rich wildlife. The surroundings contribute to a feeling of being in a small forest, and there are often visits from birds, squirrels, hares and deer right outside the window. In front of the cottage's large terrace there is a lovely lawn, and the place generally invites coziness and relaxation, and is very suitable for the family who wants undisturbed access to nature, where you can enjoy the fireplace, barbecue or maybe play ball.

Family summer house in the woods by the water with jacuzzi

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax.
