Have wonderful family days in this beautiful high-end house in a residential condominium, the best of Itaipuaçu. Location is the entire residence with pool and jacuzzi on the outside (backyard). The kitchen of the residence is fully equipped. Featuring a side by side fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric pressure cooker and more… Charming gourmet area integrated with the kitchen and air-conditioned. The house is 15 minutes from the beach/beach of itaipuaçu.

The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
