We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed—great restaurants, public transport, and beaches. Thanks again Vergilio for helping with the birthday surprise! Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, of course, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

I had a great stay at Maison Ipanema Prime. It was my first time in Rio, and being right next to the water, right next to all of the nice restaurants, grocery stores, and wonderful activities made it very enjoyable. I did a lot of research before coming to Rio and was told to be careful, as some areas may not be safe, but around the BNB and Ipanema as a whole, I never felt unsafe, which put me at ease! Christiane was also very kind and helpful, checking in with me to make sure I was taken care of! All together, I'm glad I stayed here. I had a great time and am looking forward to coming back soon! Also, a big plus was good Wi-Fi!!!!

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outside area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

We are completely in love with the site and the house! Super house complete with everything we needed. Comfortable and clean rooms. Complete kitchen. We spent days of peace, wonderful in the middle of the carnival with great tranquility. Casa lives up to the name: directly on the beach. Wonderful view by day and night. We felt at home. I only have compliments on this accommodation, it was difficult even to leave so much that we like. Congratulations Monica can be sure we will be back more often!

We stayed on the Corpus Christi holiday and we liked it a lot. The house is big and good. The rooms are good. Beds are comfortable. The fans work well. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel at home. The owner seems to be well organized and there were instructions that helped us. She was also always available in the chat to answer our questions. Access to the house was very easy, with the locks using a password. The Internet worked perfectly. The place is very close to the beach. It was a delight to walk on the boardwalk with our dog! We didn't get to use the pool because it was cold, but it looked very good. In fact, the outdoor space is very pleasant, very inviting for meals and a good chat. We intend to return as soon as possible.

Consuelo welcomed us very well, the house is wonderful, spacious and cozy, with the perfect space for everyone to have fun and relax. There is also the fact that the house is a few meters from the beach, practically "on the sand." My family and I had a wonderful experience, we will return as soon as possible!

Since the first contact Jussara was totally cordial and proactive, in doubt and in any assistance. impeccable property, strictly family, super comfortable, the air conditioning and fans at our disposal for a rest after a wonderful day satisfied us immensely, not counting on the impeccable bath and bed linen. We had all the support in the kitchen and on the aerial of the barbecue which is in front of the pool outside the pamps for the children. about the access to the house we have a bus stop in front of the same then red available without needing to take the car out of the garage, grocery, bakery, cafeteria at 5 min walking, outside the Lagomar that we have available on the beach of the cordeirinho in front of the house.. summing up Ju you are looking at the time to return.

Excellent stay! Would recommend! My experience in this home was amazing! Space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The location is excellent, with easy access . Host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions and make sure everything was perfect. No doubt a wonderful stay! Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

Eduardo and Camille's flat is amazing and we had a perfect stay. With a breathtaking view, the place is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The hosts are also very kind and responsive. I felt right at home and I will for sure be going back. 10/10.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.
