Recanto das Praias, located in the beautiful Oceanic Region of Niterói/RJ, is a fully independent annex. Separated from the main house by a shared yard, it features a barbecue area, hammock, and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation. Guests also have access to a futsal court, playground, and two swimming pools (for children and adults). The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.

Our house at Itaipuaçu was built in 2013 on a plot of 2400 m2 in the green valley of Itaocaia. The detached house with 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite), open kitchen with large natural stone bar, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, soccer field and large barbecue area overlooks the Rock of Itaocaia. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
