Front porch with nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Arizona. Behind the apartment, there is a beautiful trail where you can go for a walk. It also has a playground and picnic tables with grill for outdoor cooking. For grocery shopping, there is a Walmart 6 min distance. Many restaurants less than 5min

Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix. This one of a kind loft was originally built in 1924 as apartments and later converted to condos. The loft has been featured in numerous commercials, publications, and home tours.
