Unit comes with private parking spot and plenty of visitor parking. Living room has a brand new 55 inch LED TV with Netflix and Cable channels, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire condo is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi. Entire property If you need anything, we are available. We only live 2 miles from this Air B & B. The condo is walking distance to hiking, golf, 5-star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, and nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale. It's a few minutes to Talking Stick Casino, Salt River Fields, Westworld Arabian Horse Show, and Barrett Jackson Auto Auction.
