Cozy little cottage with open floor plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with the possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

A nice and quiet accommodation with walking distance to the port and the city center. The property overlooks the forest to the east, providing a peaceful and undisturbed location. There is hardly any car traffic audible near the apartment. It is cooler in the apartment thanks to its eastern location. Limited view of the sea from the balconies, but a nice view of the property's beautiful patio and plants. Only a 5-minute walk to the store.
