Det är svalare i lägenheten tack vare det östliga läget. Begränsad utsikt till havet från balkongerna men fin utsikt till bolagets vackra uteplats och planteringar. Endast 5 min promenad till butiken. Trevliga strandnära klippor för bad och utsikt när färjorna ankommer. Fina promenadvägar runt om.
