Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

The beds are all imported from Sweden of very high quality and comfort. The rooftop and the Patio is marvelous and are equipped with Bluetooth speakers The lightning are amazing. High speed Internet , Netflix ,Satélite TV ,PlayStation 4 with various popular games ,Pool table ,Backgammon and a full set of professional card game with chips are available.
