Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marietta

This was a great place for 9 of us to stay for my nephew's wedding! The house was very clean and comfortable, including a large private yard, and amazing screened in porch that we thoroughly enjoyed in the evenings! It was easy to find/access and we loved that it was no more than about a 20 minute walk for ANYTHING we did (except the grocery store which is only a 10 minute drive) Close to Marietta Square for shopping and entertainment. The Marietta Food court & summer farmer's market were amazing & our guys enjoyed rounds of pool "at home" in the evening! I would be sure to caution that it may be a bit harder for older adults to access (multiple sets of half stairs and one set that can really throw your balance off.) Mitchell was super communicative & accommodating which we really appreciated very much! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, well-kept, spacious, and nicely decorated home in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very comfortable, safe, and enjoyed our stay; glad we didn’t get hotel rooms. My wife and three daughters were impressed with my choice, which is rare lol. Lola was very proactive in providing timely information, which made our stay, as well as checking in and checking out, simple and stress free. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

I can’t say enough great things about Woodstock Charm! It was perfect and Andrea was a great host! I highly recommend this house to anyone going to the Woodstock or surrounding areas!

Cathy’s place was perfect for my son and my husband for their baseball trip to Lakepoint. It was an easy drive to the games. My 15 year old said, “This place is so cozy surrounded by the trees”. If a teenager enjoyed the place, you know it’s great! It’s clean, comfortable, and my son was able to hook up his PS5 to the TV. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful and very private. It seems a bit too far from shopping center or supermarket. Brandon is an excellent host and gives clear instructions on how to access the place. He is very proactive and responsive.

Phiona was the perfect host, everything is laid out in detail, she didn't miss one thing. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there. The landscaping outside is just beautiful. You could not ask for a better host and place to stay. We had a small problem when we first arrived, we contact Phiona and she responded quickly and fixed the problem. We would certainly recommend this Air BNB to anyone who is looking for a really nice place to stay in Austell, GA area. If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend this location. Easy to find, very nice and quiet, tucked away and private but not far from anything to do. Hosts are wonderful, responsive, and very accommodating. If you're in town for a baseball game, this place is a diamond in the rough.

Everything was great, from the time I checked in to the time I checked out just perfect. Also the pictures does this place no justice, it’s even better in person for real highly recommend.

Stayed with a friend for just a night while passing through Atlanta for a concert at Variety Playhouse, this was a great space for two people! Very cozy, clean, & in a very convenient location with easy check in & check out. We felt very safe as two women traveling alone

Lovely spot for a weekend stay. It is next to the metro so it can be loud and rumbly but it wasn’t an issue at all for us. The light in the bedroom flickers but it wasn’t only slightly inconvenient when getting dressed. Other than those two things it was a lovely spot and perfect for what we were looking for. Close to restaurants, quiet neighborhood minus the metro, easy to get around, easy parking, the place was nice and clean while being comfortable.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
