We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I definitely felt right at home. Nytia was very friendly, and responsive. I will be booking again. The townhome was extremely spacious and the location was very convenient.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Adunni was the MOST responsive, helpful and kind host I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond and quickly addressed any questions or needs immediately and with kindness. The house was an incredible value for the size. Would definitely book again even though we didn't necessarily love the neighborhood.

This townhouse was exactly as described, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with all you could need right around the corner. The convenience of everything nearby was great - grocery, gas and lots of restaurants. I brought my daughter and a friend for a concert at Truist Park. Getting there and back was easier than I could have imagined from here. It was also so easy to get to downtown Atlanta from here. The girls loved the comfort of the townhouse. We all slept well on the comfy mattresses. I would recommend this townhouse for anyone who enjoys a peaceful, comfortable place to relax after a long day of activities. The pictures honestly doesn’t give enough justice !! The home is beautiful and looks even better in person. The area was very nice and quiet. The host was very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay again any chance I get!! I overly loved my stay here at this home. Very kid friendly. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. Very clear instructions on how to use everything in home.

I had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made it even better was how welcoming Kat was not just to me, but to my dog as well! It can be tough to travel with pets, but the host made us feel completely at home. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort. We really enjoyed ourselves at Dels home. Everything was super clean, comfortable, beautiful layout, nicely designed, clean linens and most importantly clean bathrooms!! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Can’t beat the location.

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

The place was beautiful and I do mean beautiful, each bedroom looks good. Neighborhood was great. I will most definitely stay again!!!

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.
