Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (license required) is permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property.

We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Sit around the firepit (fire wood provided), enjoy s'mores and count the stars in the night. There are plenty of acres to explore. A couple of paths have been developed or create your own adventure. No hunting or fishing is allowed. Warning for those with small children, there is a pond below the house.
