Imagine a few days where you can disconnect from everyday life and instead disconnect from nature. Sharpen your senses, wake up to the sound of birdsong and magnificent view of Sognefjord. Just row, silence, whizz over the pine crowns and burn the wood stove. Seldalen is an old spring sturgeon with a traditional, simple western Norwegian sturgeon cottage. Don't expect sun every day -nature is weather and you have to adapt to it! Walk from fjord to mountain, enjoy the vertical landscape and end the day with a refreshing bath in Huldrekulpen.

Renovated, older farmhouse with Makalaus view! The area here is great for an active vacation, summer and winter! After a good day on the go, possibly in the sun, there is a unique outdoor area one can relax on and enjoy the view and the evening peace! In the house they will find photos and tour tips from nearby. All the trips being reviewed have been tried and recommended by our small, sprawling co-hosts of 10, 12 and 14 years! Bed linens and towels are included in the rent and are ready until they arrive!

The firehouse is a cozy, small cabin that is best suited for couples, possibly with small children. It has its own patio with screened terrace on one side and a small lawn on the other side. The "Firehouse" was built in 2004 with everything of modern qualities. There are heating cables in the floor, a private terrace, a great wood-burning oven and cultivation area just outside. The house has a bedroom and a loft. Just outside the door you will find popular hiking and biking trails. 6 min drive to Sogndal center, 4 min away is Kaupanger center with grocery and ViteMeir center, nice for big and small! 2 min away you will find pool, playground and gym.
