Entire and spacious accommodation (80 m2) with a large garden and swimming pool, located on the ground floor of the house. The pool and garden remain a common space with the owner. Large living room with kitchen, living room equipped with TV and wood stove, bathroom with walk-in shower and bedroom for two people. Ideal for relaxing, working on site, visiting the surrounding area. 30 minutes from Toulouse. Numerous shops and services in Carbonne.

Le Playras, a little piece of heaven!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Small cozy two-room house, bright and comfortable, with spacious bedroom, equipped kitchen and small bathroom, internet access and TV. For beds, there is a 140*200 bed as well as a sofa that can make a 140*200 bed, we lend a baby bed if needed. 10 minutes from the house you will find lakes, forest trails, tépacap for tree climbing, the paradise farm. Our house is located 15 minutes from the A64 or 35 minutes from Toulouse Center

The estate is located 30 minutes from Saint Gaudens, 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes and Auch. The city of Lourdes and La Mongie ski resort are 1.5 hours each. The 11x5m pool is open from the spring season (from 4/30 to 10/31) . Cozy garden furniture and BBQ. Many hiking activities are offered in the area. The surrounding countryside can also be discovered on horseback or by ATV. Wifi included, 8 private parking spaces.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
