Rustico Dora is located in Montemagno, a small town in the hills of Camaiore 15 km from the sea. Surrounded by the green of olive groves and vineyards, it is an excellent starting point for quiet walks. Ideal for reaching the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi in a short time and in a strategic position to visit the main cities of art such as Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Florence, Siena as well as tourist destinations such as the Carrara marble quarries or the romantic Cinque Terre.

The House among the Olive Trees

Our house is located between Camaiore and the village of Pedona, Campiglioni. The central body dates back to the end of the 1300s and was built on a stone ridge as a stable and lodging. Expanded and renovated over the years, inside we find terracotta floors from Impruneta, iron railings from the famous Candalla foundry, Vietri tiles and ancient beams originating from an ancient Camaiorese palace. Don't expect perfection, its small flaws make it unique.

Flat in Corsanico

The flat is located on a hillside among olive trees and magnolias, inside a former convent dating back to the 17th century. From the windows and the garden there is an extraordinary view of Lake Massaciuccoli, the Tyrrhenian Sea and its islands: in addition to Gorgona that is always visible, when the air is clear you can see Capraia, Elba and Corsica. An ideal place to relax, visit cities of art, go on nature excursions and, of course, go to the sea.

The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.
