Great stay! The location is perfect, right in front of Pinel Island, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It is impeccably clean, the pool is really nice, perfect for relaxing. The host is particularly welcoming and took the time to send explanatory videos so that we feel right at home. We highly recommend this listing.

(We rented as a family of four with two teens.) This is one of the best rentals we have ever had! Spotless cleaning, essentials to get us started, everything was as advertised!!! The view is stunning! Once you get settled in it is a breeze to navigate. We frequented the on-site market for groceries, enjoyed a couple nearby restaurants, and loved the relaxing pool space! The WiFi worked great, kitchen had all the necessary items and the Nespresso was an added bonus!! The 24/7 security gave us peace of mind but the area is plenty safe. Enzo got us connected with transportation to/from the airport, an island tour, and a rental car that delivered and picked up from the condo. All were great and so smooth! Would 100% book this property again. Or any property with this management team!!!

Well appointed, clean and tidy space perfect for relaxation. The beach was a quick walk away and the pools were a nice addition. There weren’t many food options nearby, so if you’re planning to stay without a rental car, you might want to rethink that plan. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and their restaurant was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this space.

IT'S ONLY ONE THING THAT I RECOMMEND FOR THIS PROPERTY AND THAT'S A SOFTER MATTRESS FOR THE MAIN BEDROOM. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND WHAT I WANTED IN THE AIR BNB. HOST WAS DEFINITELY ATTENTIVE FOR ALL NEEDS. WHEN I RETURN I WOULD WANT EXACT SAME PLACE.WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Our stay in Grand Case, Saint Martín was absolutely unforgettable. Eddy was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. From thoughtful local recommendations to personalized touches throughout our stay, his hospitality truly stood out. The location was perfect, and the space was just as described—clean, well-equipped, and relaxing. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint Martín. This is my sick time on the island, but my first time staying on the front side. After staying at Eddy’s place, I am not staying anywhere else on my yearly visit in Saint Martin. do not second-guess yourself, just book Eddy’s place.

Everything about this location was wonderful. It is beautiful, private, peaceful and romantic. We enjoyed sitting out front and listening to the waves crash. The boats came and went throughout the day. The pool and scenery is tranquil. The location alone made our trip even more enjoyable.

This condo is absolutely incredible. If you are a lux traveler who appreciates beautiful views then this is for you. The place was spotless. We had no issues finding it. The beach is right across the street with a beach club. Perfect for friends or couples trip. The only thing I will say is either drive here or order your taxis in advance. It’s a slight drive to the downtown strip area. Floor to ceiling windows and very safe. You can’t go wrong!

I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

Absolutely loved my stay at Jade! Priscilia was a wonderful hostess and the photos match the space exactly. Anse Marcel is a great place to stay if you are looking for a beautiful location tucked away from the busy parts of SXM. Love!

We had a wonderful stay and we definitely hope to be back soon. The unit is great and the area is fabulous.

Gigi's flat is absolutely gorgeous, so modern and spacious and impeccably designed. The views of the ocean from the private balcony are stunning. Gigi is also such an accommodating and thoughtful host who went above and beyond in terms of amenities provided. There are beach chairs/umbrellas and beach towels and snorkels and a cooler she allows you to use for your stay! I hope to return soon and often. If it is available, book it right away!

The location right on the beach was beautiful. The beach was not crowded and the water was calm and warm. The parking is tight and getting on and off the street is a little intense with walls blocking visibility. We found a great crepe place just down the street that we enjoyed for breakfast. We went to the cost you less on the Dutch side for groceries. Just like a Costco. Overall great place but you do have to provide your own toilet paper beyond the one roll they leave. Which I wish I would have known before running out. 🤦🏼‍♀️ location was peaceful and beautiful, we would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

Leonard's place is a wonderful choice for a stay in St. Maarten. It is in the heart of Grand Case, ideally located on a stunning stretch of beach and close to all of the fantastic restaurants and shops. Max and Chelsea were excellent hosts. Welcoming and gracious, they gave superb recommendations and made sure to check that our stay was going well. We experienced one hiccup with rhe living room AC, but they were very responsive and had an electrician go have it repaired. The apartment itself is clean, airy, and well appointed. With a stellar view of the sea and mountains, it's an ideal place to experience the vibe that is Grand Case - whether it's listening to the sea or the lively sounds of the activities from the beach outside. It is very quiet after 10PM, so rest is guaranteed. All in all, it was the perfect choice for an unforgettable trip.

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

Don’t know what to say honestly. Pictures don’t do justice of the outstanding view this place has to offer. I would absolutely recommend this place for a private get away. Tess and Hugh had great communication and provided great places to enjoy in the surrounding areas. 10/10 experience! ***P.S. the only 1 star review about this Airbnb is completely false. You are surrounded by nature which you can clearly see In photos, so why complain about nature if your looking to get away from the world and be in such a beautiful place like this 😀

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The place was not only stunning but also felt very safe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach chairs provided for our outings.
