Holiday rentals with a pool in Marigot

Apartment with fantastic views. You look all around over St Maarten and the sea. Apartment was very fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine available. There were also new bath towels ready. Everything looked taken care of. Definitely recommended!

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay in Cupecoy, SXM with quick access to the French Side, Maho Bay, & Simpson Bay. We have friends that are local on the island and within a 15 to 30 minute drive we could get to where we needed to be each time! Jayne’s team is communicative, friendly, and accommodating! Would love to stay here again in the near future if they would have us!

My best place to stay in Saint-Martin on 4 homes visited. Emma is great, the place is clean, beautiful, suitable, modern and equipped. Pretty balcony with views of the pool, the mountain and further on the Ilet Pinel. Secure subdivision, parking space in front of the apartment, very nice residence pool. Warm welcome, super flexible and welcoming host. Wifi, amenities, welcome kit: top Cul de sac neighborhood is super close to Grand Case airport (by car) RAS Congratulations on this Emma home 😉👍🏾

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Lovely accommodations. It was clean and well equipped.

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Carole’s place was great! The area is safe and very calm and cozy. The sunset views are awesome from either the patio or the pool. We felt right at home since the moment we arrived. Carole was super responsive, flexible for the check-in and helpful with instructions. The place is very clean and tidy with all required amenities. It’s great for a couple. You are close to Marigot (few mins) and driving distance 20-25 min to most places around the island. You will need a car to get around but you have a supermarket walking distance. We would definitely come back here if we come back! Overall, awesome experience!

An excellent stay! The accommodation was perfectly in line with the description: clean, comfortable and very well located. The host was very responsive, warm and thoughtful throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to come back.
