Wonderful experience! The house is extremely comfortable, brand new, cozy and beautiful! The hosts, Neuza and Silvio, are so helpful and sweet. The area of the kiosk and pool is very showy and the rooms are beautiful. Our family vacation was a delight in this house! We intend to come back more often absolutely!

I felt like I was at my grandmother's beach house, where everything was very simple, but very cozy and very clean, and with a huge backyard! Very pleasant weekend of rest at David's beach house. One of the fans was broken but the host offered to replace it. The house is very airy and cool, so even though it was 30 degrees, we didn't feel the need for air conditioning. The face is east so the sea breeze comes with everything, even though it's not that close to the beach. David provides chairs but we missed having an umbrella. Arriving at the beach, you could see that the wind was so strong that you have to tie the umbrella well so it doesn't fly away (you have to know what you're doing). There is a kiosk right on the beach that also did not want to set up the umbrellas on the tables because of the wind. So if they had, guests would probably have ruined them. The neighborhood was busy with people, which generated a good sense of security. No parties, no noise, very quiet street! We love it

Liliane always dear and super helpful! Great place to rest. If you have a pet, it will love the courtyard and the freedom of the space of the house. We enjoy it a lot!

Fabio was super responsive, he received us and explained everything we needed, the apartment is very close to the beach and has markets, pharmacies and a nearby restaurant, I put the car in the garage and we spent the weekend walking, the square is great, super safe place, the building is super quiet, I loved the location.

The stay in Ana's apartment was very good! The location is excellent, and the accommodation met our needs well. When we arrived, the apartment was still being cleaned, so we had to wait a while, but in return, Ana allowed us to check out later, which was a positive point. It was an enjoyable experience. Great house! Super complete, well equipped and super well located in the condominium! Condomio with infrastructure perfect for families and children(courts, swimming pools, children's playgrounds, lake...) It is close to the beach( about 5 blocks walking). And has a support point on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas! I would own a lot of considerate!

We stay 10 days in the house and we love it. It is a simple but very complete and very cozy house. Franciele was very helpful in all the situations we need ( cleaning the pool, changing the resistance of the shower, etc.) and always responded quickly and solved everything. The house is great, located near the centrinho de novo tramandai with everything close by (market, pharmacy, gas station, bars and more). It was all clean, smelling bedding and the well-equipped house. We're definitely going back!
