We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We were very pleased with our stay. Davide and his wife are very nice. The apartment is simple, modern and clean, you can easily walk to the beach or the city. The furnishings are rather minimalist, but there is everything you need.

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

The accommodation itself is very modern, clean and spacious. Lucilla can be reached quickly at any time. However, the place is not very tourist-friendly, the promenade is rather quiet and public transport is sometimes disastrous. Buses do not run according to a schedule, which is also difficult to find. For trips, for example, to Rome, however, you have to get to the airport, for which you are then dependent on a taxi - at €35 per trip for about 15 minutes, it is quite expensive.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

Good morning! I was with my family in Roberto's apartment for a week, I have had many holidays in different places, but his apartment is really very nice: clean, tidy, attentive to every detail, kitchen furnished with everything, really wonderful! And after that, if you want to go to the sea, rest without looking for the beaches, it is really convenient, cross the street and you are on the Lido Due beach, where you will find wonderful people there too! I was satisfied, I hope to return soon! Thank you very much Roberto and congratulations on your apartment🙏!

Stefano was attentive and flexible with our checkout time. His apartment was quiet and peaceful.

Stefano has been one of the best hosts, if not the best one, we have had. His caring attention to detail, his clear and prompt communication and his willingness to assist us with special requests made our experience outstanding . The apartment was spotless, all the little details and treats he left for us made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, we love the fruit&vegetables store just across the street. The beach is very close too. We will definitely comeback.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. The accommodation was outstanding—even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, and absolutely spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like being provided with beach towels and the convenient partnership with the beach club right across the street, where we could purchase access directly at the front desk. A special mention to the fact that some of the staff spoke French, which made our stay even more comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for a trip to Rome. Immediate beach location for relaxing hours, it is about 60 minutes to Rome (25 on foot + 35 by train). Ostia itself also has a lot to offer.
