Dependance elba e’ un grazioso monolocale nel centro di Marina di campo a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare con parcheggio gratuito nel nostro grande e tranquillo giardino. Vi troverete nella parte più bella e caratteristica del paese con bar, ristoranti e negozi , tutto comodamente a piedi . Alloggio composto da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba, tv Smart , aria condizionata, bagno con doccia ed angolo cottura completo . Ingresso indipendente dal giardino con ampio spazio esterno dove poter mangiare.

Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. La CASA dispone di UN PICCOLO TERRAZZINO sul MARE e POSTO AUTO PRIVATO adiacente alla struttura. Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
