We are a 6/7-minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc. Our town has, in the center, a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m, and nearby there are forests that provide an alternative to a day at the beach. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea.
