Beachfront holiday rental in Marina di Castagneto Carducci

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Alessio's accommodation was almost ideal for our beach days in Tuscany. Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance. Great sandy beaches are just a few minutes' drive away. We did not use the beach in Marina di Pisa. We were consistently at the free Orange Beach in Tirrenia. The amenities were excellent. Alessio's communication and helpfulness are particularly noteworthy! The only negative point is the very loud closing entrance doors of the house and the neighboring apartment. But that only bothers you if the couch is used as a second bed. We had a great time and thank Alessio for his hospitality!

Entire apartment available, very clean and really provided with the amenities described in the presentation on the site, available host, courteous and quick to respond. Very suitable for large families and with children. Close to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach. Comfortable beach equipment provided (sun loungers and umbrella) with trolley for transportation and two outdoor showers (hot/cold water) at our exclusive disposal when returning from the sea. Air conditioning and internet in all rooms, kitchen also equipped with all small appliances as well as, of course, dishes and pots, washing machine and dishwasher. However, there is no private parking that would be the icing on the cake given the difficulty in times of high turnout to find a parking space on the street. It would be easier to reach the shops (including groceries) that are in the center, being sure of a parking space on the way back. We had a great time and recommend it. Thank you Cristiano.

We enjoyed our vacation in Cecina very much. Marina de Cecina is a very beautiful holiday resort. The apartment itself was close to the beach and also well located for excursions. The surroundings of Cecina are very beautiful. We made excursions to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the surrounding villages. Due to the good connection to the highway, this is easily feasible. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the terrace. ❤️ We met the hostess Mersida at check-in. She is very warm and gave us excellent tips. She was always very responsive. We highly recommend the place 👍

Rosella’s place was as stated in her description. The views from your door and your area are stunning to say the least. It is totally private and quiet. Rossella was so kind, helpful, and available for any questions. We will definitely be back to see Rosella!

We loved our stay. Simonetta and Matteo were kind and welcoming and very responsive. The apartment is very central, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. And very short driving distance to beaches. The car park is very helpful, and is only about 200m from the apartment. The apartment itself is modern and clean, and the only fault we had was no toaster, kettle and microwave. But we would definitely recommend this place. Great value for money.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

The apartment is located in a quiet, well-kept residence with lots of greenery. A stone's throw from the sea, it can be reached with a pleasant walk in the pine forest. Supermarket, fishmonger, pharmacy right in front. Several bike rentals and restaurants. Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Everything was perfect! Super recommended!

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes, is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

Great accommodation for those who want to relax and stay away from the noise of the city. Even with bad weather, we still relaxed thanks to the garden in the apartment. The sea is really a stone's throw away, so much so that sometimes you can hear the waves from the house. Precise host, responsive and present if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Marina and Sara are great hosts. The apartment is beautiful, located directly by the sea and is perfectly furnished. Beyond bath towels, sun umbrellas and chairs for the beach, there is much more available for a perfect holiday on the beach. Marina has received us very kindly and explained everything in detail. Right next to the apartment is a public outdoor swimming pool and the nearest grocery store can be found across the street. Restaurants are also within walking distance. We felt very comfortable at Marina's and had a wonderful vacation. We would book the place again anytime.

It was very nice and very comfortable. The location by the sea is great, but the small courtyard also offers relaxation. The reception was very friendly and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Parking was also no problem .. either in front of the door for 6 euros a day or around the corner under the tree for free. Shopping, food and gelato... all within walking distance. Thank you and we will be back.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!
