The flat is on two floors (1st floor and a basement), in front of the seaside walk (di levante). The entrance is from a garden in front of the sea. In the garden you can use a shower (hot and cold water). A veranda covered by a sunshade allows you to eat outside and enjoy a beautiful sea wiew. From the veranda you enter in the living room, composed by a table and chairs for max 8 people, a sofa and chairs , a tv. The kitchen is composed by a gas hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms facing to the back of the house, on a little private garden, a double room and a bedroom with two single bed. In the bathroom ( with window) you can find a shower box. An interior staircase (protected by a little gate for childrens) brings you to the basement equipped with some "basement windows".Is composed by two bedrooms(one double and the other with two single beds), a bathroom with shower box and a washing machine. There is a private car box on the back of the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and far from the the noisiest and busiest streets.
