Holiday houses in Marina di Gutturu Flumini

This Airbnb was truly amazing! The balcony with the amazing view over the sea was what drew our attention at first and it did not disappoint! We saw the sunset every evening and it was as stunning as the day before! The location in it self required a drive through the Sardinian hills which was a bit challenging with all the turns and the narrow road but it was part of the experience and worth every second! When you went down from the hills the sea became apparent and the beaches and ocean made us forget the entire drive. There is two restaurants, one more high-end (several fish dishes) with the most amazing location with a view over the ocean and a Pizzeria, just by Denys Cafe and Supermarket as well as a small souvenir shop. There is also a beach bar/kiosk. Laura was very good at providing us with all the information we needed and her father was very friendly and kind showing us the apartment at our arrival. The neighbours were also very friendly! I will definitely come back!!

Wer ein paar ruhige Tage am Meer verbringen möchte, wird diese Unterkunft lieben! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, die Anfahrt lohnt sich aber! Das Highlight ist der großzügige Balkon mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Man muss nur einige Treppenstufen gehen, dann ist man auch schon am Strand. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und haben die Zeit an der Costa Verde sehr genossen.

Le logement est spacieux et correspond à la description. La vue est tout simplement splendide !!! Accès plage très facile à pied. Giuseppe est un hôte attentif qui communique facilement. Il a été arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ. je vous recommande ce logement surtout si vous aimez les vacances farniente car c'est un peu isolé.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Gutturu, un lieu assez sauvage de la Costa Verde. Stefano nous accueille en toute simplicité au premier étage de sa maison familiale de vacances. Fonctionnel, l’appartement possède une belle terrasse d’où on peut voir la mer. Stefano aime le contact, est un hôte attentionné qui fait son possible pour que le séjour soit le meilleur possible pour les vacanciers. Il a néanmoins respecté l’intimité familiale dont nous avions besoin. Lieu assez isolé, prévoyez votre épicerie avant d’arriver.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Mauros Unterkunft. Mauro und seine Familie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, Check in und out völlig unproblematisch und auf Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Es ist ein großer Kühlschrank vorhanden , deshalb möglichst viele Lebensmittel mitbringen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr bescheiden. Wer ,wie wir ,die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Einsame Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft ist der fantastische Meerblick mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen. Vielen Dank an Mauro und seine nette Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Très belle maison en hauteur de Marina di Arbus avec une vue exceptionnelle, magnifique, extraordinaire sur la baie et la mer. La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, fidèle à la description et le jardin agréable. Daniele a été de bons conseils et très réactif dans les échanges. La Costa Verde est magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature, nombreuses plages sauvages à proximité ; la supérette et les quelques restaurants sont bien suffisants pour des vacances réussies.

The view from the terrace is breathtaking – a panoramic sea view with daily sunsets. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and looks even better than in the photos! The towels and bed linens smelled fresh. The kitchen and whole house are fully equipped, including beach gear like loungers, umbrellas, and swimming accessories. Behind the house is a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, larger than expected. Marco is incredibly kind and made us feel at home. He warmly welcomed us with some bread, his own delicious olive oil (we even bought a liter to take home!), and a fresh strawberry pie from his garden. And on our last day, he surprised us with local Sardinian pastries. Gutturu Flumini is a peaceful village with no tourists – perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. Just 2–3 minutes away is a quiet beach with crystal-clear, shallow water – perfect for swimming. We went for daily runs along the coast to admire the views. We'd love to come back in the future! Had a very comfortable stay here. The apartment has all you need and the views from the balcony are spectacular. A very quiet, peaceful location when we stayed in mid June. Maria Luisa was very helpful with clear instructions and always responded quickly to questions.
