The house, located just 10 meters from the sea with private access to the cliff, is equipped with all the most modern amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, TV, electric oven, hairdryer, garden with barbecue, solarium area, outdoor shower and a parking space. It accommodates up to 3 people

The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house.
