The house is located on Via Litoramea for Santa Cesarea, 7/9 on the first floor. Next door is a Fersini workshop and the Selenia hotel. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, balcony and a sofa bed, a large bathroom equipped with washing machine, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with access to the master bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed. My place is good for couples even with kids

Amazing Flat with Garden and Sea Access

Apt ideal for 2 people, but we have a sofa bed for an addittinal person :-). Property at just 10 min wlk from Castro Marina and 5 min. walk from amazing Acquaviva inlet (with bar/restaurant). Pets are welcome, but do let us know, and make sure you keep the house clean, and do not disturb the neighborhood. The garden is of exclusive use and has access to the coast and sea.
