The house is absolutely lovely , super comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, which made cooking a pleasure. The location is perfect, just a short walk to a stunning beach, with a market and great restaurants nearby. And Arduino is truly an outstanding host! He gave us the best local tips for beaches, restaurants, and bars, and was always quick and easy to communicate with. I already can't wait to come back to Arduino’s place

Great spotz and such a graceful host. very welcoming, went above and beyond to exceed expectations. The apartment is very spacious in contrast to nearby hotels. The location is spot on. Close to shopping area and old city. I had a wonderful experience with Giuseppe.

La casa è un ottima base per visitare i dintorni. La comunicazione con Silvano è stata semplice, cordiale e tempestiva. Check-in e check-out facili e flessibili, nei limiti delle prenotazioni presenti. L'appartamento è ampio, ben arredato e accessoriato: la cucina ha la lavastoviglie, ci sono due bagni appena rinnovati (di cui uno con la lavatrice), due camere e un salone. L’aria condizionata ha un solo uno spilt nel salone che a volte rinfresca poco le camere, dove però sono presenti ventilatori al soffitto. Nelle notti più calde un secondo split più vicino sarebbe stato d'aiuto. La parte esterna è una vera risorsa della casa: c'è un grande tavolo sotto una tettoia in legno con di tende laterali, una zona per stendere, un'area verde con erbe aromatiche pronte all'uso, una doccia esterna e un portico con divanetti, sdraio e alcuni accessori per la spiaggia. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono una spiaggia con un mare cristallino, bar, ristoranti e una farmacia. Assolutamente consigliata

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning. Paola and her family went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were so kind and generous with their time. The pool is fantastic! The location is perfect. We would absolutely come back again. It was perfect for our family holiday. 10/10 Questo posto è ancora più bello delle foto. È stato assolutamente incredibile. Paola e Laura e la loro famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Erano così gentili e generosi con il loro tempo. La piscina è fantastica! La posizione è perfetta. Ritorneremmo assolutamente di nuovo. Era perfetto per la nostra vacanza in famiglia. 10/10

Antonella is a fantastic host; very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The villa is perfect for a beach holiday: quiet location in a residential area, 5mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, 5mins drive to the town centre. Ample and secure parking space, plenty of private outdoor area for your sole use. Inside the bathroom really stands out with the big and comfortable walk-in shower. Whole place was spotlessly clean. On the downside, the bed could definitely do with an upgrade. Also, the kitchens were lacking some basics: no frying pan, no wine glasses! It didn’t ruin our stay, as it were all minor issues and we easily found our ways around, but it would definitely improve the experience even further. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to give it another go. The villa is cute and comfortable, and Antonella is the perfect host. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati 3 notti nella casa di Gianluca e vi possiamo dire perché io con i miei ragazzi il quale il secondogenito era per Il Reclutamento Aeronautica che siamo stati a casa, facile parcheggio gratuito tranquilla la zona a piedi è stato possibile arrivare a supermercati e con l'auto 18 minuti dalla Caserma Svam,la casa è Confortevole pulita è ben attrezzata e vi dico anche che mio figlio ha Superato Il Concorso 💪💪💪💪❤️❤️❤️🙏❤️❤️❤️

Seconda volta in questo alloggio, posizione tranquilla ma vicina alle spiagge. Casa pulita con cucina accessoriata. Aria condizionata nelle camere e salone centrale. Consigliato.

Margerita's villa is a small piece of paradise. The appartment in the villa is spaceous with everything you need for a careless holiday. The rocky beach with clear sea is across the street (or if you prefer sandy beach it is a 3 min walk away) so you can go for a swim at any time and come back to the villa's balocny or garden to chill. The balconyis big enough to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner with a view on the sea. Margerita was extremely friendly, helpful with suggestions on where to go nearby and always available for anything that is needed. We wish we would have stayed for longer to explore the coast, the bars and resaturants nearby. I would definetly recomend Margerita's beautiful villa and would love to come back again.
