Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Splendid apartment newly renovated and functionally furnished to welcome visitors from all over the world. Located in a super strategic position, you will be just a few minutes from the beautiful Tuscan SEA, HIKING and BIKING paths surrounded by greenery. In addition, a well-stokked supermarket, pharmacy, grocery shops, petrol station and bus stop (line21) are at llitterally 2 minutes-walk. Special mention goes to a free PARKING and a BASEMENT where you can safely store your bicycles.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Cozy apartment in the historic center

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

Apartment by the sea

Apartment with direct and private access to the sea, equipped with a large terrace for exclusive use and parking. It consists of: 1 bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed; 1 bedroom with a double bed (120x190) + 1 single bunk bed; 1 living room with sofa bed + full kitchen; 1 bathroom with shower . As you can see from the photos, the apartment and terrace have an unobstructed sea view. The apartment is inside a historic residence from 1929 "Villa L’Hermite".

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Casa del Poggio, with a beautiful sea view

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Piombino al mare

Bring the whole family and friends to this fantastic place with lots of space to enjoy yourselves, located a few meters from the beach of Calamoresca, a typical golf course within walking distance. The city center is easily accessible both on foot and by car. About 24 km. away is the beach of Baratti with the remains of the Etruscan civilization that can be visited within the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia.
