Astonishing beachfront villa with private garden

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
