French sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) We are three km from the sea with a beautiful beach, both free and equipped, and 1 km from the lake with its Theater and the house museum of Maestro Giacomo Puccini. Its splendid Belvedere that laps the waters of the lake with its ducks and herons among the reeds, where the gaze reaches Massarosa.

My wife, adult son and I had a very enjoyable stay at Romana's house. We were also very grateful to her for accepting a four night stay booking at short notice and for her help and flexibility in allowing us to have early access to the property on the first day of our stay. The house is great, very comfortable and well-equipped and the surrounding area is quiet and civilised. We enjoyed visiting the local lake and on our penultimate day we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the lakeside "Da Cecco" restaurant which specialises in fish and game and was a lovely experience. We also visited Viareggio using the local train service - it takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the station from the house. Romana was great in her communication and we would warmly recommend her and her house to everyone. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a nice, easy pace of life!

The accommodation is very welcoming and modern, including all the amenities. The area is very quiet and the host Simona is very helpful. The self check-in process is very simple and managed by step-by-step videos that are very easy to follow. We were also pleasantly impressed by the safety devices present. We had a great time and felt lulled by this house
