Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

Le logement était impeccable, parfaitement propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Fatima Zahra a été d'une grande gentillesse et chaleureuse, elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Une expérience parfaite je recommande vivement !

L’appartement a une belle vue sur la mer et Marina Smir, l’emplacement est calme, J’apprécie aussi le bon acceuil de Mr Adil et Inas.

The Apartment was great. It has more than enough space, the beach is literally 2 minutes on foot. Well, located. The apartment was very clean, it looked exactly like on the pictures and the kitchen was pretty. I never cooked by myself because mostly I was eating out. Cabo Negro's golden sandy beaches are among the most Beautiful in the region, offering visitors stretches of sand to bask in the sun is a beautiful. It is also a good location for short trips. Marwan was very kind and already welcomed me when I arrived. The apartment has 2 large Bedrooms + 1 Kitchen + 2 large Bathrooms + Saloon + and balcony with a view to the Mediterranean Sea. TV is big + WIFI. I will for sure revisit this place again. Thank you Marwan

L'appart était super bien situé, tout près de la mer. Très propre et bien équipé, exactement comme sur les photos. Quartier calme et agréable. Hicham était super sympa, toujours dispo et il répond vite au téléphone. Très bonne expérience, on reviendra sûrement. Je recommande vivement 🤩🤩🙂

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Un immense merci à Daniella et son équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable ! L’accueil a été irréprochable : chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel. L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux encore : propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, et idéalement situé. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Estadia Ótima. Admiramos que o imóvel de apenas 25m2 estava muito bem organizado para receber perfeitamente um casal com toda comodidade e foi criado um ambiente bem aprazível. Parabéns.

On a passé un excellent séjour , très belle appartement propre disposant tout ce qui faut , trop bien situé avec une vue époustouflante. Et bien sure on a bien apprécié le grand support à temps du Mariam et surtout ses parents qui nous ont très bien accueilli. On a bien apprécié. Merci à vous.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! L’endroit est hyper bien sécurisé, ce qui est très rassurant. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre, et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal, proche de tout. Les matelas et les oreillers étaient hyper confortables, c’était vraiment agréable pour bien se reposer. En résumé, tout était nickel. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Séjour impeccable, avec un maux imbattable vu la qualité proposé. Je reviendrai c'est sûr.

Layla was exceptionally accommodating throughout my stay, making me feel genuinely welcomed at her property. The premises were impeccably clean and boasted stunning views, with a swimming pool and beach conveniently located just seconds away. Additionally, the security of the property was outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment.
