Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marion County

I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The host went above and beyond! Even coming over to fill the hot tub for me, despite it being out of season. Truly appreciated the extra effort. Will definitely be back.

Abigail was very easy to get ahold of and responded to questions quickly. The house was beautiful, super clean for the most part just some cobwebs in corners and some food had been left in the fridge from the previous person. Would still definitely stay there again!

One of the best ABNB stays we have had. Great house, meticulously maintained and decorated. Snacks, dog treats and bowls! Amanda’s house had everything needed for a great weekend stay. We cook a lot and the kitchen is well stocked. 5 stars all around.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at a facility about 10 minutes away. My only regret was not spending more time in the Bungalow. The kitchen was very well stocked and clean. There was plenty of coffee, bottled water, spices and snacks. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. It is a somewhat busy street, but is quiet in the house. Check in was a breeze and directions were clear and easy to follow. We would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Tony's house and will definitely stay again if we're ever back in Indianapolis. It was super close to both the Children's Museum and the fairgrounds and easy to find. Even with street parking, we always found a spot right in front. The house also had everything we needed, and Tony was a great host!

An amazing stay at Alex’s place! Such a cute space in a fabulous location. Easy to access location and near several cool breweries, restaurants and cafes. The home looked exactly like the pictures and our host had several great touches offered including a coffee maker and pods and extra toiletries if needed. Alex was super helpful and responsive with clear communication and instructions. We will definitely book this spot again in the future! Thanks again!

This was the cutest & cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. From the moment we walked in the door everything was simply perfect! This was located very close to everywhere we needed to be. We will definitely come back!

This was the perfect place to stay in Indianapolis. Dane was super responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

Phillips place is a gem in a popular area with more shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance than you could possibly go to. Even though it was within walking distance to everything it was secluded enough with the trees and being one street away from the activities that it was quiet and peaceful. The balcony is private and perfect for relaxing. The steam shower was a nice bonus and the eclectic decor was great. Phillip was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We loved it so much we've already booked another stay.

Came for a Fever game . Was a quick easy 10 min walk ! Cute place . Bed was very comfortable and the building was very nice and felt very safe which is important when traveling alone with my teenage daughter :) extremely clean and check in was super easy . We can’t wait to come back for another game !!

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

Loved our stay at Lystina's place. It was perfect for our little trip. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to so many things. For us it was a quick walk to catch an Indiana Fever game. The place was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was a delight.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

We stayed while my son was getting medical treatment at Riley Hospital for a week. It was beautiful and comfortable. I had a few questions, and they were answered immediately. We would definitely stay again, given the opportunity!

My daughters and I had a great great little trip to Indy and felt right at home at Ginger's place. Very walkable to fun coffee shops, restaurants & the theatre (we were in town to see a show). Ginger was friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious--we will definitely be back next time we're in Indy!

Jed, Deveney and Erika were amazing hosts. They made sure we had clear and accurate information for check in and check out. They also answered questions with super helpful suggestions and were very quick with their replies. As to the condo, it was perfect! The cool deco of the condo caught our attention it was so thoughtfully executed. It truly transformed the long weekend. Aside from great deco, the condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. There were also lots of places to eat at and visit right in walking distance. We definitely recommend and are planning on staying here again in the future.
