Great location. Close to the ball fields. Boys enjoyed the pool, movie room, and game room! Flexible with departure time. We will definitely be back for the next tournament. Clean.

This was perfect for five ladies to enjoy peace and quiet and a pool. We drove 5.5 hours to enjoy Ralph's place. The pool was fantastic and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would gladly recommend Ralph as a host and this property!

Our groups stay at the farmhouse was lovely! The surroundings were beautiful, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the separate game room from the house was super convenient! Between the house, game room, fire-pit, and pool/hot tub there is plenty to keep everyone happy and occupied. We had one issue with a shower not draining well and the host responded to my message immediately and sent over a handyman who was very nice and addressed the problem so it worked perfectly for the remainder of our trip.

Lisa and Brad are stellar hosts!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to welcome us back to their lovely home for our second family vacation. The house is beautifully furnished and the property is pristine. This is the perfect rental for a family stay; excellent location, close to town for groceries and necessities and not a far drive from many major attractions.

This was a great place that met the needs of my large family trip! There was plenty of space and necessities for all seven of us. We were able to cook and eat together and had plenty of space to us to catch up with each other. This is a great home and Mark was very responsive for a general question we had.

We had such a wonderful stay at Teddy Hill Homestead! Jeff and Angie were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive-truly going above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. They added such a personal and genuine touch to our experience. The open-concept layout of the home was nice and made everything feel so spacious and inviting. Loved the walk in shower! We especially enjoyed the pool-it was the perfect spot to relax and cool off. Another highlight was the location! We loved exploring all the local shops nearby and just up the road is a creek that brings you much peace and relaxation. Teddy Hill Homestead is the kind of place that instantly calms your mind and helps you reconnect with nature and yourself. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

We’re return guests and Uncle Kenneth’s place has become a family favorite. The serene surroundings and outdoor activities- we even managed to see a turtle and Uncle Kenneth gave us some turtle facts which the kids loved. The new addition with the poolside cabana is fabulous! Made hosting poolside a breeze. We will definitely visit again and again!!!

Our group of 9 adults and 10 children (teens and younger) had a great stay at the Farm. Even though our expectation on arrival was different than what we found, the spaces worked out very well for our group. Our impression was of a large house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The main house actually does have several bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, but no kitchen. There is another house that is attached, but has a separate entrance. Here there is a kitchen, small living room, bedroom, and then 2 bedrooms and living room upstairs. To find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms, you will use the 2 cabins. These were very nice and suited our purposes. They have a central kitchen with large eating area that is it's own building. This was great for our group as well. The downside is that we all had to go outside and walk to the different areas, which can be problematic in the cold. Again, it worked out well because we could each have our spaces. We overall really enjoyed our stay.

This house was one of the better outfitted Air B&B home I have stayed in. Lots of sleeping space and options. Very clean and well cared for.

Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future. Loved the private lake area in the back, it was a hike getting back up but was definitely worth it. Beautiful, clean home. Loved the outside patio area and the hot tub as well.

Beautiful place located in the heart of Springfield. Used this Airbnb to get ready before my wedding with my girls. Great place for beautiful pictures with the staircase and lots of space for me and the girls.

Thank you, Anne for a lovely stay. The home was inviting, charming and comfortable. The Smith House has a homey, warm feeling the minute you walk in. Very close to downtown Springfield. An easy walk. I will definitely stay there again.

Was an awesome place to stay at, very clean, nice outdoor patio, house was in great condition. Peggy was a great host. I will most definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Super clean and cozy- feels like home. The fenced back yard was perfect for our little blind senior chihuahua. He didn’t have any anxiety and was able to relax during our stay. Nearly everything is provided for you- the stay is basically turn key. It’s not SUPER close to much of anything, so I would recommend planning your meals ahead of time, or stopping by the grocery store after arriving. Overall, fantastic experience!

A great place to de-stress! Getting back to farmland surroundings with plenty to do within reasonable driving distance made for an excellent experience. Kevin is an excellent, hospitable host.

This is amazingly quiet and peaceful home. They have such thoughtful amenities. Great place to stay and use as a hub for bourbon tours.
