Holiday rentals with a kayak in Marion County

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends to explore Willamette Valley wineries. Super convenient location and a really accommodating space for a group. We didn’t end up cooking at all but the kitchen is certainly very well equipped to do so. Also the backyard and entryway with a dog door made it a really easy space to have a pup in.

This was my second time staying on Jeremy’s magical property, and this time we brought the whole family! We rented both the main house and guest house for a weekend getaway, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The main house is warm, inviting, and incredibly spacious—perfect for gathering everyone under one roof. The design is thoughtful and full of charm, with cozy corners, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds throughout. We cooked, laughed, and shared meals around the dining table, then relaxed by the fire or explored the beautiful surroundings. The private lake, forest trails, wildflowers, and peaceful energy of this place make it feel like your own private nature retreat. We saw all kinds of critters, made bonfires, and enjoyed being completely unplugged. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jeremy’s hospitality is unmatched, and this property continues to be a favorite. We can’t wait to return again.

Roz home is beautiful,comfortable, well arranged,everything u need! Yards are beautiful and well kept. There is a river view from every room and area on River side of house huge windows! Roz is very easy to communicate with ,is always quick to respond!

Sherry was such a lovely host! Communicative, friendly and overall wonderful. The pond and surroundings were so beautiful. We stayed for a family wedding and everyone loved this incredible home!

PROS: This quaint home was cozy and clean. It was rather small but it worked well for our little family weekend getaway! The location was really peaceful in the hills, but still close to whatever was needed. We had an event at the expo center and it was a quick drive. Would happily stay again!! CONS: no washer and dryer. We didn't end up needing one but I generally prefer having access. The outdoor area and furniture was a bit dirty, but with a broom it was cleaned up. The ping pong table was damaged from rain unable to use it.

John's place had great amenities for us including the game room, toys for younger kids, a hot tub and lots of space! John was very responsive to the few questions we had. We would definitely come back if we were in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Marvin's Gardens. We were in town to celebrate our grandson's high school graduation. This house provided extra sleeping options, in addition to the space at our daughter's house. We loved the pond and all the outdoor space. We look forward to more opportunities to stay here again in the future.
