Great host, helpful and clean home! Massive backyard, I’d recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Cedar Rapids at a good location!

We came prepared to make food and beverages for a grandchild’s graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t need most of my gear. Kitchen and bathroom linens were stocked and ready to go! Even beach towels if you wanted to go to the pool. Very nice and comfortable little home. All on one floor good for those who have limited mobility. We couldn’t be more pleased for what we needed. The fire pit and outdoor furniture was a bonus area for the guys who didn’t want to hang out with the cooks!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! You can tell it was once a Treasured home of the owner and they are very gracious to share it with people who need a large space near Iowa city! We could easily sleep our party of 11 with the bed configurations available and everyone had the privacy they needed. There are multiple living spaces off a very centralized kitchen, which makes for great space to be together but also have some personal space. The pool table and game room was so much fun and the pool and hot tub were such great amenities. We were able to park four cars without blocking anyone and it is a quick drive into Iowa city, probably about 12 to 15 minutes… seems to be halfway between the Cedar Rapids Airport, and Iowa city itself. For graduation weekend staying here was more affordable and more comfortable than 3 to 4 hotel rooms by far! Which would’ve been more expensive. So overall, a wonderful value.

Second time staying here for a wedding in town! Very nice place for everyone to come back to after our festivities. Rosemary is very accommodating and everything was perfect! Enjoyed a plate of cookies that she made when we got there and had a very nice overall stay! Thanks again!

The place was exactly as described. Perfect for a group, there was a lot of sleeping areas and sitting areas. The back deck and patio were great with a nice view. Perfect location for visiting the Amana colonies and was nice the winery was next door within walking distance! Hosts were great to communicate with! Everything was clean!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chad’s place. The home is so cozy, has a modern vibe and allowed us to spread out, plus it’s in a safe area that’s close to my in-laws so it was perfect from that standpoint. We were traveling with our 15 month old, so being able to use the upstairs as her bedroom and still allow us to hang out on the main floor, watching TV, listening to music, etc was awesome. Having access to the washer and dryer was fantastic and parking was always accessible on the street, but there’s a driveway that’s also accessible if driving multiple vehicles. Chad was very responsive in advance and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to our next stay in Cedar Rapids and will hope the house is available at that time. Wonderful home in a great location close restaurants and museums and other fun things to do in Czech Village. The neighborhood felt safe and homey.

Joan’s place was beautiful and perfect for me while I worked in area Joan worked with me on checking in early was also very clean and had all the amenities I needed for the week loved being able to park in garage especially because I had to leave for work in the middle of the night felt very safe the area itself is a very nice area everyone’s yard in the area is pristine their flowers are beautiful I would highly recommend Joan’s place .

We had a fantastic stay at Nadine's. The space was clean and well-stocked for a comfortable visit. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable. It is in South Amana, so it is away from the touristy areas and safe. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Honestly, I feel like it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. There are so many incredible details in the architecture that I was just blown away in about every room. The space was great and Ellen was a phenomenal host. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here celebrating our anniversary. The host surprised us with a cake and it was amazing. The house was great and the pictures were accurate. The grocery store across the street was also an added bonus.

We loved it here. My children had fun with the games that were provided and it was close to the baseball tournament where we were able to come back between games. I would stay here again if we ever came back. They had every thing we needed here!

The Airbnb was perfect for our family’s stay. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had thoughtful touches such as a stuffed animal on the bunk bed and board games. The location was central to downtown Cedar Rapids and there was plenty parking on the street for us to park. We had no trouble accessing the unit and were promptly given a check in code. The house itself had plenty of space and was perfect for a family traveling. Happily would stay here in again!

Great location and great host! We had to book this house at the last minute, and Greg was very responsive. He was also flexible to give us a late check out when that was really needed. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs and we would stay there again.
