Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. We are a short walk to the beach & village, decorated with local art available for sale. Lower level/ finished basement opening onto a greenhouse & separate entrance. We just added a new Queen hybrid mattress with memory foam topper. There is in addition 1 twin bed, a private full bathroom, a separate sitting area, and a small but well stocked kitchenette. There are 2 smart TV's - one in the bedroom & one in the sitting area.

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
